This course profiles philosophies, practices, methodologies, and outcomes of the most accepted and scientifically supported models of treatment, recovery, relapse prevention, and continued care options for Opioid-related Disorder, and other related conditions. In support of the American Health Information Management Association’s (AHIMA) crusade for clinical documentation improvement (CDI), this course reviews quality standards for managing, assessing, and reporting data to ensure that information reflects the proper diagnosis, severity of illness, relevant treatment, and the accuracy of medical records. Clinical documentation is essential to quality client care, and effective communication among healthcare providers. Course Quiz must be completed to received CEH credits.
